By Lachelle Ferguson

Narraweena has been a stand out performer on the northern beaches and has recorded a 4.6% per cent  increase  in an annualised median house price quarter ending January 2012.

The improved results for Narraweena are indicative of the area’s increasing popularity with homebuyers as our region is attracting more and more attention, within easy reach of beaches and the city, with great schools and good sized blocks especially suited to families.

If you are considering selling all the signs are looking positive so please contact Ray White Narraweena  for a complimentary market appraisal or market update.
